ينشأ لدى الدائرة حساب خاص لغايات تغطية الرسوم والمصاريف القضائية أو أي نفقات ضرورية
أخرى تقدرها المحكمة تترتب على أعمال وإجراءات التصفية اذا لم تتوافر أموال للشركة تحت
التصفية الإجبارية لهذه الغاية ويتم تمويل هذا الحساب مما يخصص له في موازنة الدائرة.
