المواليد
أ- يتم التبليغ عن الولادة ، لدى أي مكتب خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ حدوثها على الانموذج الذي
تعده الدائرة لهذه الغاية
، واذا لم يكن في الجهة التي حدثت فيها الولادة مكتب يكون التبليغ الى المختار الذي عليه ان
يبلغ المكتب التابع له خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تبليغه بالواقعة.
ب- اذا تمت الولادة خارج المملكة يجب التبليغ عنها تسعين يوما من تاريخ حدوثها.
ج- تستوفى من المبلغ غرامة مقدارها عشرة دنانير اذا تم التبليغ بعد مضي المدد المنصوص
عليها في الفقرتين (أ) و (ب) من هذه المادة.
