( أ-يقوم امين المكتب بعد قيد الزواج او الطلاق او أي من الاحكام المذكورة في المادة 24 ) من
هذا القانون في سجل الواقعات
بالتأشير على القيد المدني للزوجين او المطلقين او احدهما.
ب- تحرر الشهادات الخاصة بالزواج او الطلاق بعد قيد الواقعة على الانموذج المعد لهذه الغاية
بناء على طلب أي من الزوجين او المطلقين.
