Article text
أ- تعتبر البطاقة الشخصية اثباتا للشخصية ودليلا على صحة البيانات الواردة فيها ولا يجوز
للجهات الحكومية او غيرها الامتناع عن اعتمادها.
- ب 1 - تعتمد الهوية الرقمية المثبتة على التطبيقات الإلكترونية المعتمدة من وزارة الاقتصاد
الرقمي والريادة لجميع الغايات المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون والتشريعات النافذة.
2 ( - لغايات تطبيق أحكام البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة، يقصد بالهوية الرقمية النسخة الإلكترونية
