Article text
تمنح الإجازة السنوية وفقاً للصلاحيات التالية:-
أ- بقرار من رئيس الوزراء لموظفي المجموعة الأولى من الفئة العليا.
ب- بقرار من الوزير لموظفي المجموعة الثانية من الفئة العليا.
ج- بقرار من الامين العام او من يفوضه للموظف من الفئة الاولى.
د- بقرار من المدير بناء على تنسيب الرئيس المباشر لموظفي الفئتين الثانية والثالثة.
