Article text
أ- تكون الدائرة مسؤولة عن تطبيق السياسة العامة المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشرية وتنميتها
وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه ،
وتلتزم بإنشاء وحدة تنظيمية خاصة بالموارد البشرية لا يقل مستواها التنظيمي عن قسم
ورفدها بموظفين مؤهلين لأداء مهامها.
ب - توفر الدائرة بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية للموظفين للقيام بأداء واجباتهم لتقديم خدماتها على
المستوى المطلوب.
ج- تعمل الدائرة على تعزيز الانتماء والولاء والتمكين الوظيفي وتفعيل الادوات والآليات التي
تعززها.
