إذا ارتكب الموظف من الفئة العليا أي مخالفة مسلكية يوقف عن العمل بقرار من مجلس الوزراء
وتصرف له النسبة التي يقررها
مجلس الوزراء من مجموع راتبه الاساسي وعلاواته.
