أ- يعد الديوان نماذج عقود موحدة لتعيين الموظفين بعقود لدى جميع الدوائر يتم اعتمادها من
المجلس بناءً على تنسيب اللجنة المركزية
ولا يجوز تعيين أي موظف بعقد إلا بموجب هذه النماذج ويجوز في حالات استثنائية ومبررة اعتماد
نماذج عقود خاصة لبعض الدوائر أو الوظائف .
( ب - مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرات )ب( و)ج( و)هـ( من المادة 60 ) من هذا النظام تطبق على الموظف المعين
بعقد الشروط الواردة في عقد استخدامه.
