مهام المجلس
أ- يتولى المجلس المهام والصلاحيات التالية:-
1 - اقرار السياسات العامة لإدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام وتنميتها والخطط والبرامج
. اللازمة لتنفيذها
2 - إقرار التعليمات المتعلقة بتخطيط الموارد البشرية وإدارتها بما في ذلك خطط الإحلال
والتعاقب الوظيفي والاختيار والتعيين والتدريب والتطوير
ووصف وتصنيف الوظائف وادارة وتقييم الأداء الوظيفي واستحقاق الزيادة السنوية.
3 - التوصية لمجلس الوزراء بإصدارالتشريعات المتعلقة بالخدمة المدنية وأي تعديل عليها
. والتعليمات المتعلقة بالرواتب والعلاوات والحوافزوالمكافآت والعمل الاضافي
4 - أي موضوع آخر يحيله إليه مجلس الوزراء أو رئيس الوزراء أو رئيس المجلس.
5 . - أي مهام أو صلاحيات تناط به بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بموجبه
ب- للمجلس تشكيل لجان متخصصة لمساعدته على القيام بأعماله على
أن تحدد مهام أي منها بمقتضى قرار تشكيلها.
