يحق للموظف الحصول على الإجازات المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام وفقاً للأحكام والإجراءات
المبينة فيه، وفي كل الأحوال يجب
مراعاة مصلحة العمل عند الموافقة على منح الإجازات باستثناء إجازة الأمومة والإجازة العرضية
وإجازة الحج.
