)ويعمل به من تاريخ 1988/1/1 .

Article page →أ- تسري احكام هذا النظام على شاغلي المناصب العليا التالية في الديوان الملكي
الهاشمي:-
- رئيس الديوان الملكي الهاشمي
- مستشارو جلالة الملك
- كبير الامناء وامناء جلالة الملك
- ناظر الخاصة الملكية
- الطبيب الخاص
- أمين عام الديوان الملكي
- رئيس التشريفات الملكية
-المستشار في الديوان الملكي الهاشمي
ب- يجري تعيين الاشخاص المنصوص عليهم في الفقرة أ من هذا المادة وتحديد المخصصات او
الرواتب الاساسية والعلاوات والحقوق
المالية الاخرى التي يستحقها كل منهم وسائر الامور المتعلقة بهم بارادة ملكية سامية.
