Article text
أ- يجوز للجنة المختصة بالترفيع اعتماد الدورات التدريبية المتصلة بعمل الدائرة التي تعقدها أو
تنفذها بعض الدوائر أو التي يشارك فيها موظفوها سواء كانت داخل المملكة أو خارجها لغايات
الترفيع الوجوبي.
ب- يجوز عقد ورشات وبرامج تدريبية متخصصة داخل الدائرة من قبل موظفيها المختصين تعتمد
لغايات الترفيع، شريطة اجتياز الامتحانات المخصصة لهذه الغاية وان تكون هذه الورشات
والبرامج معتمدة من المعهد.
