تعتبر الأحكام والشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام جزءاً من عقد الإيفاد سواء نظم مثل
هذا العقد مع الموفد أو لم ينظم أو أغفل أي حكم أو شرط فيه لأي سبب من الأسباب.
