Article text
أ- يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا النظام المعانـــي المخصصة لها أدناه
ما لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
الفئة : مجموعة من الوظائف ذات درجات ورواتب ومواصفات ومسؤوليات محددة بمقتضى
أحكام هذا النظام.
الدرجة : مستوى وظيفي متدرج ضمن الفئة الواحدة ذات رواتب وسنوات ومواصفات محددة وفق
أحكام هذا النظام.
الراتب الأساسي : الراتب الشهري الذي يستحقه الموظف ويتقاضاه مقابل قيامه بمهام وظيفته
التي يشغلها ولا يشمل العلاوات من أي نوع كانت.
الراتب الأساسي الإجمالي : الراتب الأساسي مضافا إليه علاوة غلاء المعيشة.
الراتب الإجمالي : الراتب الأساسي الإجمالي مضافا إليه العلاوات الشهرية المحددة جميعها
بموجب أحكام هذا النظام.
ب- تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام حيثما ورد النص
عليها في هذا النظام مالم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك.
