يتم ارفاق الوثائق التالية عند تقديم طلب التسجيل بالسجل :
أ- ( صورة طبق الاصل عن النظام الداخلي لجمعية المالكين وموقع ممن يمثلون 75 ) فأكثر %
من إجمالي اعضاء الهيئة العامة لجمعية المالكين ومصادق على النظام من كاتب عدل
( مختص وعلى ان يراعى عند المصادقة احكام المادة رقم 9 ) من نظام ادارة القسم المشترك
( في العقار والمجمع العقاري رقم 89 ) لسنة 2020
ب- اسم المفوض خطيا عن جمعية المالكين من قبل مجلس الادارة .
ج- صورة عن محاضر اجتماع الهيئة العامة للجمعية.
د- نسخة عن العقود المبرمة بين الجمعية و غير المتعلقة بالمال غير المنقول ان وجدت .
هـ- شهادة ملكيات بأسماء المالكين يتم استخراجها من قبل مديرية التسجيل المختصة .
