Article text
أ- يقسم العقار الذي يقبل القسمة باتفاق جميع الشركاء فيه أو بوساطة لجنة إزالة الشيوع في
العقار المشكلة وفق أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- للشركاء في عقار مملوك على الشيوع إنشاء شركة فيما بينهم وفق احكام قانون
الشركات تنقل اليها ملكية هذا العقار بموافقة المدير على أن تكون حصة أي منهم فيها بنسبة
حصته في العقار المملوك على الشيوع وذلك بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها المدير لهذه الغاية
دون ان يترتب على عملية نقل الملكية استيفاء أي رسوم أو ضرائب .
