Article text
إذا اتفق الشركاء في العقار المملوك على الشيوع على
قسمته بينهم فعليهم اللجوء إلى مسّاح مرخص يتولى
تنظيم معاملة القسمة، على أن تتضمن هذه المعاملة
خريطة تبين حصص الشركاء مفرزة، على الوجه الذي
يرونه ويتفقون عليه، على ان تقدم هذه المعاملة إلى
مديرية التسجيل لقيدها في السجل العقاري بعد استيفاء
الرسوم المقررة عنها وفقا للإجراءات المتبعة لدى الدائرة.
