Article text
أ- يعمل بمضمون قيود الدائرة المتعلقة بعقارات الخزينة وتحكم بها المحاكم بلا بينة.
ب مدة مرور الزمن في الأراضي الأميرية قبل نفاذ أحكام هذا القانون والموقوفة والأملاك
المحلولة والتي يتعلق بها حق التصرف ست وثلاثون سنة إذا كانت الدعوى على رقبتها .
ج- على الرغم مما ورد في قانون إدارة املاك الدولة للمجلس بناء على تنسيب لجنة تشكل من
عدد من الوزراء نقل ملكية قطع اراضٍ من أملاك الدولة للصناديق الاستثمارية العامة أو
للشركات المملوكة بالكامل للحكومة لتمكينها من القيام بمهامها أو تقديم بعضها
كحصص عينية في المشروعات الاستثمارية بموافقة المجلس.
