أ- تتم التبليغات التي تجريها لجنة إزالة الشيوع في العقار
وفقاً لنظام التبليغات الذي سيصدر لهذه الغاية.
ب- إذا كان أحد الشركاء في العقار المطلوب قسمته
متوفى أو توفي أثناء نظر طلب القسمة يبلغ ورثته حسب
الأصول .
