أ- تعرض خريطة القسمة على الجهة التنظيمية المختصة، قبل البت فيها من لجنة إزالة الشيوع
في العقار، وقبل طلب تسجيلها لدى مديرية التسجيل، وذلك لإجازتها وفقاً لأحكام قانون
التنظيم المعمول بها والتصديق عليها حسب الأصول .
ب- تمتنع مديرية التسجيل عن السير بإجراءات تسجيل أي قسمة لم تتم اجازة مخططاتها من
الجهة التنظيمية المختصة .
