الفصل السادس
الأبنية والمجمعات العقارية
أ - لمالك العقار أن يطلب إلى مديرية التسجيل تسجيل بناء مقام على عقاره أو تسجيل طابق أو
شقة مضافة إلى بناء مسجل لديها باعتباره وحدة عقارية يجري التصرف فيها على وجه
الاستقلال.
ب- تخصص في السجل العقاري لدى مديرية التسجيل صحيفة عقارية مستقلة لكل وحدة
عقارية مفرزة و صحيفة للقسم المشترك وذلك بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها المدير تتضمن
تسجيل الوحدات العقارية والأقسام المشتركة وترقيمها.
