لغير الأردني الذي يحمل جنسية أي دولة عربية، أن يتملك قطعة ارض خارج حدود مناطق
التنظيم، بقصد استثمارها باستصلاحها أو بزراعتها أو بإقامة مشروع صناعي أو إسكاني عليها أو
سكن خاص به أو بأسرته ، وذلك بإذن يمنح وفقا للصلاحيات التالية:-
أ- بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب المدير لشقة أو طابق أو قطعة أرض مبنية أم فضاء لغرض
( السكن الخاص به أو بأسرته بمساحة أرض لا تزيد على 10 ) عشرة دونمات.
( ب- بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب المدير لقطعة ارض لا تزيد مساحتها على 200 ) مئتي دونم.
( ج- بقرار من المجلس بناء على تنسيب الوزير لقطعة ارض تزيد مساحتها على 200 ) مئتي دونم.
