يشمل الرهن التأميني ملحقات العقار المرهون من أبنية
وإنشاءات وأشجار وتحسينات وعقارات بالتخصيص، سواء
أحدثت قبل الرهن أم بعده، كما يشمل أي حقوق رتبت
لمنفعة هذا العقار كحقوق الارتفاق.
