Article text
أ- إذا تعذر الاتفاق على مقدار التعويض عن الاستملاك بين
المستملك والمالك، لأي سبب كان، فيجوز لأي منهما
اللجوء إلى المحكمة لتعيين مقدار ذلك التعويض .
ب- تعطى دعاوى التعويض عن الاستملاك صفة الاستعجال على أن يتم الفصل فيها خلال مدة
لا تزيد على سنة واحدة من تاريخ تسجيلها لدى المحكمة.
