Article text
أ- يبلغ المدير الحاكم الإداري أمر اختتام أعمال التحديد،
وينشر (إعلان اختتام أعمال التحديد) في صحيفتين
يوميتين محليتين ،
وتعلق صورة عنه في مديرية التسجيل وفي مكان بارز في
القرية التي جرى تعيين حدودها وفي أي قرية ذات صلة
بهذا التحديد في يوم نشر الإعلان يدعو فيه كل من له
اعتراض على التحديد أن يتقدم به خطياً إلى الحاكم
الإداري خلال مدة ( 30 ) ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشر الإعلان .
ب- يعد التحديد قطعياً إذا انقضت المدة الواردة في
الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة دون أن يتقدم أحد باعتراض
عليه.
