Article text
أ تقدر قيم العقارات الواقعة ضمن حدود أي قرية أو عقار -
. خزينة عقب تعيين حدودها بصورة قطعية
ب- يجري تقدير قيم العقارات ، وذلك بتقدير الدخل
السنوي للعقار، فإن كان أرضاً زراعية يقدر الدخل الذي
يحتمل أن تنتجه إذا زرعت بطريقة جيدة ومناسبة وفق
قواعد الزراعة المتبعة في المناطق المجاورة لها متوسطة
الإنتاج وذلك خلال سنة.
ج- يصدر المدير تعليمات تبين طرق وأساليب القيام
بأعمال التحديد والمسح وتقدير القيمة.
