الفصل الثالث
تسوية العقارات والمياه
تتناول تسوية الاراضي والمياه بحسب تعريفها الوارد في الاحكام العامة جميع الأشخاص
والهيئات والجمعيات الذين لهم حق التصرف او حق التملك او حق المنفعة في الاراضي والمياه
سواءً أكان هذا الحق معترفاً به أم متنازعاً عليه .
