أ تجري أعمال التسوية تحت رقابة المدير وإشرافه ويمارسها موظفون مفوضون منه بمقتضى -
. تعليمات يصدرها لهذه الغاية
ب- يشكل فريق التسوية برئاسة مأمور التسوية وعدد من موظفي الدائرة من الحقوقيين
والمساحين من ذوي الخبرة.
