بعد صدور أمر التسوية ونشره في الجريدة الرسمية على الدائرة ان تقوم بما يلي:-
أ- نشر إعلان التسوية لأصحاب الحقوق في منطقة التسوية، في صحيفتين محليتين يوميتين من
الصحف الثلاث الأوسع انتشارا وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني الخاص بالدائرة ، وتعليق صورة عنه في
مكان بارز من منطقة التسوية، تعلمهم فيه بصدور أمر التسوية وأنه ستتم المباشرة بأعمال
التسوية في منطقة التسوية، على أن يتضمن هذا الإعلان البيانات الواردة في أمر التسوية،
ويعين فيه مكان وزمان تقديم الادعاءات بالحقوق التي تتناولها التسوية.
ب- إعلام رئيس الوزراء لإصدار تعميم بإعلان التسوية للوزارات والدوائر الحكومية والبلديات
والجهات التنظيمية ودعوتها لتقديم الادعاءات بشأن الحقوق التي تخصها في منطقة
التسوية.
