Article text
أ- تتبع المحكمة عند النظر في الاعتراضات والبت فيها الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذا
القانون وفي قانون أصول المحاكمات المدنية.
ب- للمحكمة صلاحية طلب أي بينة خطية كانت أم شفوية، للبت في الاعتراضات على جدول
الحقوق، وذلك في الحالتين التاليتين:-
1 - إذا لم يكن بإمكان الخصم إبراز بينة خطية تثبت حقه المدعى به.
2 . - إذا أبرز الخصم بينة خطية صادرة عن جهة غير الدائرة
