Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
أ-لا يجوز بيع الأراضي المتروكة، ولا شراؤها، ولا التصرف
فيها، ولا يجري عليها حكم مرور الزمان .
ب- تسجل العقارات المتروكة باسم الخزينة بقرار من
المجلس بناءً على تنسيب الوزير إذا ثبت للمدير زوال
المنفعة عنها سواء أكانت مخصصة باسم من لهم
منفعة فيها او غير مخصصة لهم او باسمها مباشرة أو
نيابةً عن من لهم منفعة فيها سواء اكانت واقعة داخل
حدود مناطق البلديات ام خارجها وتخضع هذه العقارات
لأحكام قانون إدارة املاك الدولة.
