Article text
( أ- إذا أحرز بطريق الغش أي حق في جدول الحقوق النهائي فللمتضرر، خلال 3 ) ثلاث سنوات من
تاريخ تصديق هذا الجدول، أن يطلب إلى المحكمة إلزام الشخص المسؤول عن الغش تعويضه
عن الضرر الذي لحق به من جراء ذلك .
ب- إذا ثبت للمحكمة أن حكماً من أحكامها اكتسب الدرجة القطعية بناء على تبليغات مزورة
فللمتضرر، خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ اكتساب الحكم الدرجة النهائية ، أن يطلب إلى المحكمة
إلزام الشخص المستفيد من ذلك الحكم تعويضه عن الضرر الذي لحق به من جراء ذلك.
