Real Property Ownership Law No. 13 of 2019
Article text
لمالك أي عقار مسجل بمقتضى جدول التسجيل في
السجل العقاري، لم تحدد له طريق على الخريطة أو أن
الطريق التي حددت له يتعذر استعمالها، أن يطلب خطياً
إلى المدير استحداث طريق توصل عقاره بطريق عامة أو
خاصة أو تبديل تلك الطريق بطريق أخرى قابلة للاستعمال.
