أ للمدير تعيين حرم وطريق لأي عين ماء أو بئر تستعمل منفعة عامة لأهالي القرية بناء على -
طلب خطي مقدم من أكثرية المنتفعين من أهالي قرية اختتمت فيها أعمال التسوية دون
. تحديد حرم وطريق على الخريطة وذلك بالصورة التي يراها مناسبة
ب- يلزم المنتفعون من العين أو البئر من أهالي القرية بتعويض مالك العقار عن المساحة
المقتطعة للحرم أو للطريق أو لكليهما، ويحدد المدير الملزمين بدفع التعويض والنسب
المستحقة على كل منهم، ويقدر قيمة التعويض ويسلمه لصاحب الحق فيه وفقاً لأحكام
( المواد 78 ) ( و 79 ) ( و 80 ) من هذا القانون.
