Article text
أ ترسم الطريق المستحدثة أو البديلة، أو حرم البئر أو عين -
الماء أو المغارة أو الكهف أو الطريق الموصلة لأي منها، أو
حقوق الارتفاق المقررة التي لا يستحق أي تعويض عنها
على الخريطة بعد صدور قرار المدير بالموافقة على
استحداثها أو تبديلها أو تعيينها واذا كان يستحق عنها
تعويض لا يرسم على الخريطة أي منها إلا بعد دفع
. التعويض المقرر لصاحب الحق فيه
ب- تستوفى من طالب استحداث طريق أو تبديلها، أو
تعيين حرم لبئر أو لعين ماء أو لمغارة أو لكهف أو طريق
موصلة لأي منها، أو تقرير حقوق ارتفاق، رسوم الكشف
والمساحة المقررة قانوناً قبل السير بالإجراءات اللازمة
للنظر في الطلب.
ج- يشترط ان لا تقل سعة أي طريق عن ستة أمتار.
