ينشر مدير التسجيل بعد تقديم طلب تسجيل عقار لم يسبق تسجيله وعلى نفقة مقدمه، إعلاناً
في صحيفتين محليتين يوميتين من الصحف الثلاث الأوسع انتشاراً وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني
الخاص بالدائرة ، وفي مكان بارز من القرية، وفي مديرية التسجيل و مقر الحاكم الإداري، يذكر فيه
التفاصيل المبينة في الطلب، ويدعو فيه من له اعتراض عليه أن يتقدم به خطياً إلى المدير
خلال ( 30 ) ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ نشر الإعلان في الصحف.
