تعمل المحاكم والحكومة بمضامين سندات تسجيل العقارات الصادرة عن مديريات التسجيل بلا
بينة، ولا يجوز إبطال أي من هذه السندات أو إصلاح خطأ فيها ادعي أنه مخالف لقيود السجل
العقاري إلا وفق أحكام هذا القانون.
