أ- يكون للكلمات والعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذه التعليمات المعاني المخصصة لها
أدناه ما لم تدل القرينة على غير ذلك:-
النظام: نظام إدارة الموارد البشـرية في القطاع العام.
العمل الإضافي: العمل الذي يكلف به الموظف من رئيســــــه الـمـبـاشـر وبموافقة الرئيس
الأعلـى لتأدية واجبات ومهام محددة خارج ساعات الدوام الرسمي.
ب- تعتمد التعاريف الواردة في النظام حيثما ورد النص عليها في هذه التعليمات ما لم تدل
القرينة على غير ذلك.
