الفصل الثامن عشر
اعتراض الغير
اذا صدر حكم في دعوى يحق للشخص الذي لم يكن طرفا فيها وكان الحكم يمس حقوقه او
كان هذا الشخص احق من المحكوم له بالمحكوم
به ان يعترض عليه اعتراض الغير.
