الفصل الثالث
في المحامين
أ- كل ما يجوز للفرقاء عمله او القيام به امام المحكمة يجوز ان يعمله ويقوم به المحامي
المعين بموجب وكالة منظمة حسب الاصول واذا كان احد الفرقاء شركة او جمعية او هيئة يجوز
ان يقوم اي موظف من موظفيها المفوضين حسب الاصول بكل ما يمكنها ان تقوم به بموجب
هذا القانون .
ب- لا يجوز للمتداعين من غير المحامين الشرعيين الحضور وتقديم اللوائح أمام محاكم
الاستئناف والمحكمة العليا الشرعية إلا بوساطة محامين يمثلونهم بموجب وكالة منظمة
حسب الأصول.
ج- اذا تعدد الوكلاء جاز لأحدهم الانفراد بالعمل ما لم يكن ممنوعاً من ذلك صراحة في التوكيل.
