Article text
أ- تسري التشريعات المعمول بها في المحاكم الشرعية الأردنية على المواطنين الأردنيين
وعلى غير الأردنيين ما لم يتمسك الخصم بتطبيق قانون بلد آخر وفق أحكام هذا القانون، وعلى
الخصم الذي يتمسك بتطبيق قانون بلد آخر ان يقدم نسخة منه مصدقة حسب الأصول وذلك
خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ طلبه.
ب- لا يقبل تمسك الخصم بتطبيق قانون بلد آخر بعد الإجابة على الدعوى .
