اذا كان المدعى عليه معتقلا ترسل الاوراق القضائية الى الموظف المسؤول عن المحل
المعتقل فيه ليتولى تبليغه اياها ويجب على السلطة المختصة ان تحضر السجين او المعتقل
الى المحكمة في الموعد المقرر اذا رغب في الدفاع عن نفسه واذا لم يرغب في الحضور فعلى
السلطة المختصة ان تشعر المحكمة بذلك.
