الفصل الثاني عشر
الشخص الثالث
يجوز لمن له علاقة في الدعوى المقامة بين الطرفين ويتأثر من نتيجة الحكم فيها ان يطلب
ادخاله شخصاً ثالثاً في الدعوى
وبعد ان تتحقق المحكمة من علاقته تقرر قبوله كما يجوز للمحكمة ادخال اي شخص آخر ترى ان
ادخاله ضروري لتحقيق العدالة.
