اذا اختلف الزوجان في مقدار المهر المسمى فالبينة على الزوجة فان عجزت كان القول للزوج
بيمينه الا اذا ادعى ما لا
يصلح ان يكون مهرا لمثلها عرفا فيحكم بمهر المثل وكذلك الحكم عند الاختلاف بين احد
الزوجين وورثة الاخر او بين ورثتهما.
