لطرفي التحكيم الاتفاق على مكان التحكيم في المملكة او خارجها ، فاذا لم يوجد اتفاق عينت
هيئة التحكيم مكان التحكيم
مع مراعاة ظروف الدعوى وملائمة المكان لاطرافها ، ولا يحول ذلك دون ان تجتمع هيئة التحكيم
في أي مكان تراه مناسباً
للقيام بأي اجراء من اجراءات التحكيم كسماع اطراف النزاع او الشهود او الخبراء او الاطلاع على
مستندات او معاينة بضاعة
او اموال او اجراء مداولة بين أعضائها او غير ذلك.
