اذا كانت هيئة التحكيم مشكلة من اكثر من محكم واحد، يتخذ اي قرار لهيئة التحكيم بما في
ذلك حكم التحكيم النهائي بالأجماع
او باغلبية الاعضاء ، ما لم يتفق الطرفان على غير ذلك، على انه يجوز ان تصدر القرارات في
المسائل الاجرائية من المحكم
الذي يرأس الهيئة اذا أذن له بذلك الطرفان او جميع أعضاء هيئة التحكيم.
