في الاحوال التي يجيز فيها هذا القانون لطرفي التحكيم اختيار الاجراء الواجب الاتباع في مسالة
معينة فان ذلك يتضمن
حقهما في الاذن للغير في اختيار هذا الاجراء، ويعتبر من الغير كل مؤسسة او مركز للتحكيم في
المملكة او في خارجها.
