ترفع دعوى بطلان حكم التحكيم خلال الثلاثين يوماً التالية لتاريخ تبليغ حكم التحكيم للمحكوم
عليه. ولا يحول دون قبول
دعوى البطلان نزول مدعي البطلان عن حقه في رفعها قبل صدور حكم التحكيم.
