لا يجوز لاي محكمة أن تتدخل في المسائل التي يحكمها هذا القانون الا في الاحوال المبينة فيه،
وذلك دون اخلال بحق هيئة
التحكيم في الطلب من المحكمة المختصة مساعدتها على اجراءات التحكيم وفق ما تراه هذه
الهيئة مناسباً لحسن سير التحكيم
مثل دعوة شاهد او خبير او الأمر بإحضار مستند او صورة عنه او الاطلاع عليه او غير ذلك.
