Article text
أ- يستوفى من السائق الذي يتسبب بوقوع حادث مروري مبلغ خمسة دنانير رسماً مقطوعاً عند
اجراء الكشف على
موقع الحادث والتحقيق فيه .
ب-يعفى من الرسم المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة اذا كان المتسبب بالحادث
متوفياً.
ج- تخصص الرسوم المحصلة بموجب الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة لغايات تطوير التحقيق المروري
والتحليل الفني
في الحوادث المرورية وتصرف بقرار من المدير.
